Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Sustainability framework, strategies and goals for the organization
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify areas of improvement in the organization's sustainability performance
  • Conduct assessments and benchmarking to track progress and set targets
  • Develop and manage sustainability initiatives to achieve the company's goals
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams to ensure compliance with sustainability policies and regulations
  • Monitor and report on ESG performance to senior management and stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business management or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in ESG or sustainability management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong grasp of relevant ESG and sustainability reporting frameworks and standards
