Overview

Be the head or CEO of the restaurant Egghut' is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Supervisor/ all head department to lead and oversee all department operations at our Kabacan Cotabato location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the overall direction and success of the business, ensuring exceptional performance across all functions. With a keen eye for detail and a proven track record in general management, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of Egghut' and delivering on the company\'s ambitious growth objectives.

What you\'ll be doing
  1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to all department heads, ensuring alignment with the company\'s vision and goals
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations across all departments, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks
  3. Develop and implement comprehensive business plans, budgets, and strategies to drive continuous improvement and growth
  4. Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture and lead by example
  5. Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions to optimise efficiency and profitability
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
  7. Represent the company externally and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders
What we\'re looking for
  1. Extensive experience (10+ years) in a senior general management or leadership role, preferably within the CEO & General Management industry
  2. Proven track record of driving business growth, operational excellence, and organizational transformation
  3. Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to translate high-level goals into actionable plans
  4. Strong financial acumen and the ability to interpret and leverage data to inform decision-making
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams
  6. Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
