Your Role Key responsibilities include: Coordinating and communicating patient safety protocols among healthcare staff Implementing and monitoring patient quality management activities including patient care, patient relations, risk management, safety performance improvement, and infection control audits Ensuring compliance with protocols, guidelines, procedures, and standards at all hospital levels Collaborating with Patient Safety Manager to develop and oversee Patient Safety Inspections and Audits Maintaining knowledge of patient safety policies and conducting research on best practices Generating patient safety audit checklists and assisting in audit planning and scheduling Conducting audit closeout meetings and reporting audit results to relevant managers and leaders Issuing corrective action requests and monitoring their progress and effectiveness Providing recommendations for tools and documentation to validate compliance Monitoring quality indicators, collating data, and providing feedback to superiors Analyzing quality data, generating reports, and applying statistical methodologies Reviewing internal quality standards and audit results to recommend improvements Applying problem-solving tools independently in complex situations Developing data collection tools and ensuring data integrity and standardization Participating in projects to improve specific areas and providing performance recommendations Analyzing processes, policies, and procedures based on research and data About You The company is looking for: A graduate of any 4 or 5-year course, preferably BS Industrial Engineering or any paramedical field 0–3 years of experience in quality in healthcare, continuous quality improvement (CQI), total quality management (TQM), internal/process audits, or problem-solving processes Healthcare industry experience is a plus Excellent customer relation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications Effective communication skills with proficiency in Visayan dialect and/or Tagalog; English communication skills are an advantage This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible #J-18808-Ljbffr
