In this role you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and design tailored learning solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Create engaging and interactive instructional materials, leveraging multimedia elements and technology tools to enhance learner engagement and comprehension.
• Develop comprehensive curriculum outlines and learning pathways for diverse learner needs.
• Conduct needs analyses and performance evaluations to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize educational technologies and learning management systems to deliver dynamic and scalable learning experiences across platforms.
• Ensure the quality and effectiveness of instructional materials through reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects from inception to delivery within deadlines and budget.
• Foster collaborative relationships with subject matter experts, educators, and stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to trainers and learners on instructional materials and technology tools.
• Stay updated on trends in instructional design and educational technology to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Proficiency in LMS, authoring tools (Articulate 360), multimedia software (Vyond, Adobe CC, Canva, Genially), and emerging technologies.
• Creative and analytical thinking, strong communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to write clear instructional text and scripts; experience with course development software and at least one LMS.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field, or 3–5 years of relevant experience.

• PMP or similar certification is a plus
