Learn More About MSX International Working pattern and location: Join Date: October 2025 Employment Type: Full-time Employee Work Location: Hybrid (On-sites and WFH) Working Hours: 40 hours, 5 days per week Workdays: Monday - Friday Travel: 50% Domestic Travel to deliver training and coaching at dealers nationwide About the Role: The Academy Manager is the strategic and operational lead for the Academy in the Philippines, ensuring seamless execution of training programs, curriculum development, and product education across Sales, Aftersales, and Customer Experience domains. This role demands hands-on leadership, high visibility, and proactive engagement with stakeholders. The Academy Manager is responsible for delivering measurable outcomes, building trust, and preventing operational gaps such as communication breakdowns, content delays, or last-minute crises. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Business Alignment Translate Academy’s strategic priorities into annual training roadmaps. Anticipate industry trends, competitor moves, and learning innovation opportunities. Maintain a 3-year capability plan aligned to product roadmap, dealer network needs, and market changes. Conduct quarterly strategic reviews with stakeholders to refresh priorities. Stakeholder & Relationship Management Act as the primary liaison with Brand, Marketing, Sales, Aftersales, and L&D teams. Hold weekly structured engagement with key stakeholders. Provide data-driven insights from training evaluation and dealer performance. Be a visible advocate for the Academy at network events and forums. Lead end-to-end training program development from needs analysis to post-delivery review. Ensure content accuracy, branding, and timely approvals . Maintain centralized version control for all materials. Embed scenario-based, real-world activities in every program. Trainer Management & Capability Development Build and maintain a pool of certified trainers across technical and non-technical domains. Implement a Trainer Readiness Certification process. Conduct quarterly trainer performance reviews and bi-annual TTT sessions. Operational Excellence Maintain a rolling 12-month training calendar with monthly updates. Ensure all logistics are confirmed at least 4 weeks prior. Enforce zero last-minute cancellations with contingency plans in place. Monitor and report budget vs. forecast with corrective actions. Capture lessons learned after major projects. Submit post-program debrief reports highlighting impact and improvements. Resolve stakeholder concerns within 48 hours maximum . Reporting & KPI Management Deliver monthly dashboards covering training volume, satisfaction (NPS), trainer ratings, curriculum timelines, and budget adherence. Present quarterly business reviews with actionable insights. Link training impact to measurable dealer performance metrics . Skills Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence. Expertise in training program design, facilitation, and evaluation. Project and financial management capability. Proficiency in digital learning platforms and tools Experiences At least 5–7 years in training, academy management, or dealer network development . Experience in automotive, retail, or related industries is strongly preferred. Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills. Willingness to be present at the Academy office 3–4 days per week . Strong follow-through and visible ownership of outcomes. Background in EV technology, digital retailing, or customer experience transformation is a strong advantage. Qualifications Philippines permanent work rights only Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Education, Automotive Engineering, or related field Excellent command of English; Tagalog proficiency highly desirable.
