What we’re looking for: We are seeking a Lock Desk Coordinator to manage incoming lock requests and support pricing analytics in a fast‑paced mortgage environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and compliant loan pricing and interest rate lock processes, while maintaining alignment with TRID disclosure requirements and internal workflows. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and highly dependable—someone who thrives on precision and understands the importance of compliance and communication across cross‑functional mortgage operations teams. Responsibilities—what you’ll do: Monitor Lock Desk technology platforms for incoming: Lock Requests Rate Concession Requests Lock Extension Requests Lock Change Requests Process requests accurately and in accordance with defined Lock Desk workflows Provide loan‑level pricing analytics to support exception review and approval by pricing authorities Communicate with Central Disclosure and Closing Teams to ensure any Lock Desk activity that may require re‑disclosure under TRID is handled promptly Maintain data accuracy and integrity for all Lock Desk‑related records for reporting and compliance Ensure timely updates and reporting through Lock Desk platforms to support internal audits and regulatory requirements Qualifications: Must‑haves: Prior experience in the mortgage or financial services industry, particularly in interest rate lock or pricing support roles Familiarity with Lock Desk processes, pricing exceptions, and TRID‑related disclosures Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage high volumes of time‑sensitive requests Proficient with Lock Desk technology platforms and common mortgage LOS systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams Fully fluent in English Skilled in the use of apps and technology Ability to commit long‑term and full‑time This position is for serious, career‑oriented candidates Nice‑To‑Haves: Experience with pricing analytics or secondary marketing functions Working knowledge of TRID regulations and disclosure timelines Exposure to investor pricing engines or rate lock management tools What we offer: Best salaries in the industry Permanent ability to work from anywhere in the world Opportunities for growth and advancement A fast‑paced and collaborative environment Warm and friendly company culture Full benefits Benefits at Persona: Health insurance Unlimited paid time off (paid sick and vacation leaves) Annual bonuses based on performance Monthly tech allowance Opportunity to be paid in your currency of choice This is a full‑time and long‑term role, dedicated exclusively to serving one of our clients.
