Your responsibilities Provides monthly summary and analysis of sales performance for Brokers Group and In-house Sales Secures timely reports to the management as but not limited to Sales Data, Sales Performance and Incentive Performance, Tripping, and Expenses Monitors Sales and Marketing Budget versus actual performance, including implementation and effectiveness Communicates sales report to the concerned team or department Facilitates Competitor Scanning by regularly collecting data on competitor's promo, incentive schemes, and other programs Develops and recommends promo and other incentive schemes to generate more sales Supervises the performance of Sales Support Assistants and Coaster personnel Training & development To prepare employees to assume greater responsibilities, the company conducts in-house training and enlists recommended employees based on potential in external seminars conducted by various learning institutions.The company periodically assesses employees’ training needs to improve productivity and efficiency and to enhance professional and personal growth.
