Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our team. The Process Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and improve production processes.
  • Conduct time-and-motion studies, process mapping, and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to solve technical issues.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing measures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
