JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Design, plan, and manage civil engineering projects in a Luxury Resort such as Villa, Housing and Mini Hotels.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, risk analysis, and site investigations.
  • Prepare engineering calculations, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Supervise and monitor project progress, contractors, and site operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineer, workers, and client.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and cost estimates.
  • Use CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and other relevant tools.
  • Ensure quality control, documentation, and testing of materials and procedures.
  • Provide technical advice and resolve any issues or unexpected technical difficulties.
JOB SPECIFICATION

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BEng or BSc).
  • Professional Engineer, licensed or working toward licensure.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in project management, site supervision, and design.
  • Open for Fresh Graduates

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or other design and modeling software.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Physical & Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as required.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Work Condition:

  • Willing to work in Dasol, Pangasinan
  • Willing to work stay in on site (if you are residing in manila or place far from site)
