RD Balderas Builders Inc. is looking for a highly skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring precision and quality in the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce parts and components based on detailed specifications.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precise components.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machine settings
- Work closely with engineers and architects to understand the design specifications and adjust machine settings accordingly.
- Utilize SketchUp and other design software to assist in translating design ideas into production-ready plans.
- Monitor machine performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the team to ensure production deadlines are met and high-quality standards are maintained.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CNC machine operations, tooling, and programming.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of SketchUp (familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software is a plus).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
