Job Title: NetSuite Coordinator / Functional Consultant We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Administrator / Functional Consultant to support and optimize our ERP environment. This role will focus on customizing system functionality, improving business processes, and ensuring our team gets the most out of NetSuite. The ideal candidate has strong technical NetSuite expertise, a background in accounting or operations, and excellent communication skills to train staff and support ongoing integrations. Key Responsibilities Customization & Templates: Improve and maintain PDF/HTML formats and document templates. System Optimization: Manage saved searches, workflows, dashboards, roles, and permissions to maximize efficiency. Training & Support: Provide day‑to‑day support, answering staff questions, troubleshooting issues, and conducting user training sessions. Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements and implement solutions to streamline operations. Integrations: Support and manage potential third‑party integrations as ERP connectivity expands. Advanced Reporting: Leverage Excel and NetSuite tools for reporting, data analysis, and integration tasks. Qualifications Proven hands‑on experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Functional Consultant (not just general ERP exposure). Strong knowledge of NetSuite customization, saved searches, workflows, roles, and permissions. Background in accounting, finance, or operations preferred. Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, integration work). Strong problem‑solving abilities and process improvement mindset.
