The Role As a Test Analyst, you will perform automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose. Your responsibilities include reviewing specifications and technical design documents to provide timely feedback, creating detailed test cases and plans, prioritizing and coordinating testing activities, executing test cases, identifying and tracking bugs, and communicating with end-users, testers, developers, and project managers. How you'll contribute Conduct testing according to test procedures. Produce and maintain test documentation. Create and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios at different levels (SIT, UAT, regression). Log and track defects, analyze issues found during testing. Analyze user stories, use cases, and requirements for validity and feasibility. Propose improvements to test processes, automation, and overall quality. What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field. Knowledge of Software Testing Lifecycle and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration. Strong attention to detail to identify hidden bugs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
