ASEAN Proposal Manager - Associate Manager Sales Enablement page is loaded## ASEAN Proposal Manager - Associate Manager Sales Enablementlocations: PHL - TAGUIG CITYtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: **Job Description:****Proposal Planning*** Analyse tender documentation to determine the prospective client’s requirements as to how a proposal needs to be structured, produced and submitted* Create a responsibility matrix which lists the key response sections needing to be developed and returned to the prospective client* Work with the Bid Manager to define and agree proposal milestones and targeted delivery dates of draft and final content* Create response templates based on the prospective client’s requirements, and split the response templates by section to facilitate content development by multiple authors* Customizing the structure and format of response templates including headers and footers* Act as a backup to the Bid Manager in administering permissions and customizing the Bid Response folder structure**Proposal Development*** Communicate RFP response requirements and deadlines with the deal team* In conjunction with the Bid Manager, identify and escalate missing content* Participate in regular pursuit team calls to provide a summary of progress made, level of completion and to escalate any issues preventing progress* Work with content owners in identifying content and tracking progress made per tender requirement* Help collate content, CVs, any other document requirement set by the client**Preparation for Delivery*** On instruction from the Bid Manager lock down the response documents in readiness for final editing, formatting and document production activities* Complete a proof edit against the final deliverables including spelling and grammar checks* Update the final deliverables with the cover artwork and graphics that have been reworked by the Graphics Design team* Add and check cross references, figure and table captions throughout the response, including references to appendices and between response documents* Remove work-in-progress comments, tracked changes and white space* Format final document deliverables for consistency and according to the prospective client’s production requirements or if not specified, according to DXC’s own branding and style guidelines* Produce and package final document according to prospective client’s delivery requirements (e.g. PDF, print, bind, USB etc.)* Participate in page turn production quality checks along with Bid Manager and Sales Leader and remediate any production flaws* Upload final deliverables into the Final Response folder on SharePoint and handover to Bid Manager and Sales Leader in readiness for submission**Closedown*** Notify Bid Support that final response documents are ready for archiving and/or identification of reusable collateralAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
