Job Description Design, build, and maintain full‐stack web applications with a focus on high performance and scalability Develop and optimize React‑based frontend applications, using modern patterns like Hooks, Context, and Redux for state management Implement robust backend services with Node.js, Express, and MongoDB, integrating with cloud storage and third‑party APIs Collaborate closely with QA and Product teams to ensure reliable, well‑tested software Build dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics to provide insights and drive decision‑making across the platform Drive performance tuning and optimization for high‑volume data processing Maintain best practices in version control, testing, deployment, and code quality Contribute to a culture of innovation, learning, and knowledge sharing across the engineering team Qualifications Have 5+ years of professional web application development experience Are proficient in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and full‑stack development Have hands‑on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases Can work autonomously in a production environment and take ownership of projects Have strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance speed with quality Are experienced in building dashboards, reporting tools, and working with large datasets Ideally have experience with ad‑tech or creative automation platforms, multi‑language apps, QA workflows, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) About Smartly Smartly is the AI‑powered advertising technology company transforming ad experiences for brands and their consumers.
