Premiere Medical and Cardiovascular Laboratory, Inc. Novaliches Branch is looking for an Accounting Head to lead our finance team and oversee all financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the accounting department, providing direction and mentorship to team members. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses in line with GAAP. Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in coordination with other departments. Ensure efficient handling of accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and other financial transactions. Monitor cash flow, maintain bank relationships, and manage company funds responsibly. Coordinate both internal and external audits and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Strengthen internal controls to protect company assets and maintain financial integrity. Enhance financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting. Provide data-driven financial insights and recommendations to support management decisions. Keep updated with the latest accounting standards, tax laws, and industry regulations. Qualifications: Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. At least 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance management. Proficient in QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel, and other financial tools. Experience in healthcare accounting or billing is an advantage. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to work with management and external partners. Demonstrates integrity, initiative, and professionalism. Thorough understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards. PREMIERE MEDICAL AND CARDIOVASCULAR LABORATORY, INC. is a secondary laboratory located in Quezon City (Main Branch). Premiere specializes in cardiovascular diagnostics and first opened its doors to the public on July 2007.
