This role will be based in **6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines**.**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:*** Full accountability and ownership of order capture and management process for Direct-served and Marketer-served customers groups for North America & Canada including base oil customers from the following media: + Fax + Email* Document order entry and resolution in Salesforce.com (SFDC)* Masters of SAP system and processes* Accountable for assessment and resolution of customer needs through direct interface for proper routing to appropriate resource* Works with Customer Sales Representative (CSRs) and Customer Sales Associates (CSAs) on a daily basis to ensure complete customer processes from order to invoice* Performs customer administration requirements in support of sales ordering process* Accountable for all measured service levels – order entry within the agreed service level agreement and case handling time**About You**We know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people.
