We're looking for experienced professionals who can provide Level 2 support for payment systems and banking platforms. Responsibilities Provide Level 2 technical support for banking and financial services platforms Troubleshoot issues related to payment processing , card readers , and cardholder systems Work closely with internal teams to resolve escalated client issues Ensure proper documentation of issues, fixes, and system configurations Support and maintain the TSYS platform and related financial systems Identify patterns and elevate recurring issues for permanent solutions Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations Must have 2 to 5 years of relevant technical support experience Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is required Hands‑on experience with TSYS platform and payment systems Strong background in troubleshooting card readers and cardholder transaction issues Excellent analytical and communication skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment Working Location Robinsons Bridgetowne.
