We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase patient engagement and elevate CHMC’s visibility in the healthcare market. The successful candidate will manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, content creation, and SEO, as well as oversee events and community outreach programs. This role involves close collaboration with both clinical and administrative teams to promote new services and health programs. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and patient feedback to shape effective marketing plans, ensuring consistent branding across all materials and platforms, and managing the marketing budget while tracking the performance of campaigns. Candidates should hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, and have at least five years of experience in marketing. Experience within the healthcare sector will be helpful but not necessary. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with a good understanding of digital marketing and community engagement.
