About the Role VAXCEN is hiring a creative, data-savvy marketer to lead social media, short-form video, and content initiatives that promote our vaccination services and health programs. You’ll plan campaigns, produce thumb-stopping content, and track performance—from concept to publish to results. Title: Marketing & Content Specialist Type: Full-time (on-site/field + hybrid admin) Location: SM Megamall (Mandaluyong) & Fisher Mall QC (with occasional field shoots) Department: Marketing Reports to: Clinic Director / Marketing Lead What You’ll Be Doing Own VAXCEN’s social media calendar (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) from ideation to publishing. Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok) and simple long-form edits for promos, client features, and awareness content. Design digital assets and collaterals (posters, stories, flyers) using Canva/Adobe. Write clear, on-brand copy (captions, ad copy, emails, SMS blasts, landing text). Launch and optimize basic paid campaigns (Meta Ads) with clear objectives and budgets. Track KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, cost per result, inquiries, bookings) and report insights weekly. Coordinate with clinic teams for on-site content (patient education, events, promos). Manage community replies/DMs (basic triage; hand-off to clinic staff for bookings). Keep brand guidelines consistent across all materials. Support partnerships, events, and seasonal campaigns (e.g., flu season, shingles, Hep B). What We’re Looking For 1–3+ years in social media marketing, content creation, or a strong portfolio that proves equivalent skill. Video editing: CapCut/Final Cut/Adobe Premiere (capable of fast, polished edits for Reels/TikTok). Design: Canva (required); Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus. Copywriting: Clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned (EN/Taglish/Filipino comfort). Platform know-how: Facebook, IG, TikTok, basic Meta Ads Manager; basic analytics. Creative eye: Framing, lighting, basic photography, and on-site shoot confidence. Organization: Calendar ownership, version control, and timely execution. Bonus: Experience in healthcare/clinic marketing; email/SMS tools; simple landing pages; influencer coordination. Soft Skills Artistic, proactive, and resourceful; comfortable working around patients and medical staff. Understands compliance and sensitivity when communicating health content.
