Responsibilities Create and execute social media marketing strategies through competitive research, benchmarking, target market identification and platform determination. Generate, edit, and publish daily contents for audience engagement. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase company’s social content visibility. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community. Create series of marketing calendar for campaign implementation. Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI. Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success. Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about the company, competitor and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as brand new audiences. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or other related field. Proven working experience in social media marketing or Digital Media Specialist. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills. Creative thinker. Up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
