About The Role We are currently looking for a strategic and forward‑thinking professional to lead the development and launch of new products, drive business growth, and strengthen our position in the road construction industry. Duties And Responsibilities Conduct market studies to identify potential business opportunities in line with the company's strategy. Conduct research and development to create and improve new products and services. Establish partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and other third‑party agencies to launch new products. Manage pilot testing, production, and quality control for new products. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective marketing and selling strategies. Lead and manage the team to achieve objectives. Increase margin, pricing power, GP and growth per SKU / BU. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 35 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 12 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Broad understanding of HR functions, with strong experience in at least one core area (e.g., recruitment, employee relations). Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications. Willing to work onsite once a week at West Avenue, Quezon City.
