Responsibilities
  • Translate verbal and written communications between Mandarin, English, Filipino, and other required languages for meetings, documents, and production-related instructions.
  • Interpret during discussions with suppliers, clients, visitors, and internal teams to bridge language gaps and facilitate smooth operations.
  • Provide real-time interpretation and written translation support for meetings, emails, reports, manuals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all translations and interpretations; ensure culturally appropriate and context-accurate renditions.
  • Support various departments (e.g., HR, production, management) with language-related needs and company policies.
  • Assist with organizing business trips, travel arrangements, and interpretation support during international visits as required.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English; ability to read and write Chinese characters; proficiency in Filipino is a plus for Tagalog/Filipino contexts.
  • Previous experience as a translator or interpreter is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work on-site in Cavite locations (e.g., Carmona, Silang, Dasmariñas City).
  • Willingness to work on-site and to handle sensitive or confidential information.
  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Communication, or related field preferred (varies by posting); relevant experience may substitute.
  • Salary and benefits vary by employer; competitive compensation to be discussed during interview.
