DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, video conferences, and live discussions.
  • Assist in communicating with Chinese-speaking suppliers, clients, and business partners.
  • Review and proofread translated materials to ensure accuracy, tone, and consistency.
  • Support executives and departments in handling Mandarin correspondence and documentation.
  • Coordinate with local and international teams to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy in communication.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Language Studies, Communication, Business, or any related field.
  • Proven experience as a Mandarin Translator or Interpreter (business or e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Highly preferable if Filipino-Chinese descent.
  • Willing to be assigned and work onsite in Quezon City
