Tempo Timesheets is a plug-in to Jira.The Tempo user base is Marketplace Technology and Market Services, part of the Nasdaq Financial Technology division . Current number of users are around 1400 across 20+ countries.You will work closely with the Jira Admin and the Tempo users as well as with the key stakeholder groups – Business Control, Resource and Project Managers.The applicant should have previous experience supporting tools with a broad user base and have a curiosity about systems and IT.Provide end user support Maintain master data Add Resources Build Teams Add/Update/Close Projects Add Subtasks in Projects Drive application improvements/automation Run month end reporting for Business Control Collaborate with Jira Admin Run regression testing in connection to Jira upgrades Connect with/advise key stakeholders on improvements Maintain user and system documentation What We ExpectDegree in Accounting/Finance or IT is preferred Business analysis experience implementing and/or supporting time tracking tools or alike Fluent in English.
