Job Title Systems Analyst (IAM and Active Directory) Location RCBC Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Job Summary Responsible for the development and maintenance of application systems to ensure that the systems developed are completed on time and meet user/audit specifications and requirements. Coordinates with other units in the preparation of preliminary designs and project proposals following IT standards. Responsible for the evaluation of software packages and the coordination with software developers to ensure that application systems contracted out for development meet IT standards and are delivered as scheduled. Responsibilities Gather information on user requirements for systems analysis and design. Design application modules/system based on user requirements and specifications, translating business requirements into technical specifications while incorporating AML processes as stipulated in MLPP compliance laws and regulations. Develop file structures, interfaces, programs and report specifications, file backup, recovery and archiving procedures. Code and compile new and revised programs following the set standards and procedures specified by the systems development life cycle methodology, information security and audit. Prepare test data and perform various tests to ensure error‑free coding. Prepare test, conversion and implementation plans for approval of the immediate supervisor. Develop and maintain systems documentation/manuscripts of the application systems. Supervise file conversion. Provide support and technical assistance to users of the application. Conduct initial training for trainers/users of the application system. Recommend improvements to existing procedures to maximize effectiveness and efficiency when using the application system. Coordinate with other units in preparing preliminary designs and project proposals following IT standards. Evaluate software packages and coordinate with software developers to ensure contracted application systems meet IT standards and are delivered on schedule. Qualifications At least a 4‑year graduate or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any IT related course. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Finacle. Experience in Agile Methodologies. Experience in Cloud‑based Platforms. Strong teamwork and communication skills in a banking environment.
