Job DescriptionThe position is primarily responsible for evaluating the status of accounts on post approval, sampling basis in terms of repayment capacities, condition to allow management to take prompt corrective action and prevent further deterioration of the accounts and assessing the unit's compliance to policies and procedures by citing lapses, exceptions, violations and other potential problems before the safety and soundness of the loan portfolio becomes a serious issue.
Duties and responsibilities- Assess the portfolio quality of the borrowers via classification of accounts based on internal guidelines.
- Validates the risk rating/credit scorecards performed by Account Officers during portfolio reviews and the report discrepancies and/or errors in rating, if any, for eventual correction.
- Ensures that all data, information required for clearing, report preparation are encoded/presented in the Credit Review Sheet of each account.
- Monitors assignment in actual portfolio review of a lending unit which includes ensuring all credit folders, other loan related documents are available.
- Prepares the Credit Portfolio Review Report after every review engagement.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Graduate of any 4-year business course.
- With at least 5 years of experience in credit origination, account management, remedial management.
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas.
