Position Title: Senior Production Draftsman Work Set-up: Work From Office Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PH Time Zone Salary: Php 55,000 - Php 70,000.00 gross salary package Key Responsibilities Create and update drawings based on client requests, ensuring they meet company standards. Check plans for accuracy, including site, floor, elevation, and electrical layouts. Ensure all drawings comply with Australian building regulations, design guidelines, and codes (e.g., NCC, BCA, RESCODE, MCPs). Coordinate with external parties such as engineers and manufacturers to confirm dimensions. Use surveys and plans to determine site levels for construction. Finalize and issue construction-ready drawings. Assist with permit applications and support site supervisors with any drawing clarifications. Manage workload and document progress using Business Craft. Ensure deadlines are met and quality is maintained. Review and record Engineering Technical Solutions (ETS) for accuracy and improvement insights. Required Qualifications Graduate of Civil Engineering or its equivalent. With prior related experience of the same capacity is recommended. Working experience and knowledge of the Australian Construction industry, particularly in Australia.
