Role Overview The PM will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving eClinical technologies, with a strong emphasis on eCOA (electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment) systems. This includes managing cross-functional teams, aligning with regulatory and compliance standards, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones across device provisioning, data integration, and client onboarding. Location : Anywhere in India/Remote Engagement Type : Strategic delivery role eClinical suite implementation Rate : rate is open and flexible - give me your best rates - right skills is imp Responsibilities Project Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of eClinical initiatives, including eCOA platform rollouts, device provisioning, and integration with client systems Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, client, and vendor to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, regulatory, and IT support. Tag and onboard team members for time tracking and task ownership. Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed. Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership and clients, including status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries. Qualifications Proven experience managing eClinical or eCOA product implementations. Own the end-to-end delivery of eClinical initiatives, including eCOA platform rollouts, device provisioning, and integration with client systems Familiarity with device provisioning workflows and mobile device management Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory compliance, and data privacy. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills. PMP or equivalent certification preferred. What’s on Offer?
