Sales Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in‑stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross‑functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development. As National Sales Manager at Reckitt, your strategic vision will energise our teams and amplify our customers' success. This role goes beyond traditional sales — it's about creating an impactful customer strategy, leading negotiations, and pioneering innovations that drive growth. You're not just hitting targets; you're making a significant mark on our business. Your responsibilities Drive superior customer strategy, ensuring exemplary execution across trade negotiations, omni‑channel promotions, and sales targets. Lead, mentor, and inspire your team, fostering their professional growth to achieve shared objectives. Forge and sustain pivotal relationships across the customer ecosystem, from buyers to marketing executives. Analyse multiple data streams to inform decision‑making and strategise with a clear narrative. Craft and execute an agile sales strategy, manage comprehensive P & L, and champion our distinguished sales culture. The experience we're looking for Solid background in sales within FMCG, Consumer Goods, or premium brand national account management. Additional proficiency in trade marketing, eCommerce, or marketing, contributing to a multifaceted perspective. Impressive history of managing budgets, P & L, and nurturing the growth of significant, complex accounts. Strong negotiation skills, coupled with a passion for outstanding customer service. Natural leader, adept at energising teams, fostering excellent relationships, and focused on achieving results.
