We are looking for a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire sales division, ensuring consistent revenue growth, and leading national sales operations. This position requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in sales management, team development, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall sales department in achieving revenue, volume, and market share targets. Set and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business goals. Manage, mentor, and evaluate sales teams and department section heads. Develop and monitor KPIs, forecasts, and performance reports. Coordinate closely with marketing, product, and after-sales teams for integrated strategies. Conduct market trend analysis and customer behavior insights for effective decision-making. Build and maintain strong dealer and client relationships. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, sales procedures, and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 12 years of experience in automotive sales or a related industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience in managing large sales teams and national operations. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Results-driven, strategic thinker with high business acumen.
