Overview

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and assist with drop-off and pick-up of laundry orders.
  • Process transactions, including payments, refunds, and loyalty rewards.
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding services, pricing, and turnaround times.
  • Track and update customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
  • Assist with light administrative tasks, such as data entry and inventory checks.
  • Upsell additional services (e.g., dry cleaning, special care treatments) when appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, email, etc.).
  • Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
  • English language proficiency; strong language skills for customer interactions.
  • Team player; strong work ethic and people/interpersonal skills.
