Overview
On-site - Taguig 1-3 Yrs Exp Diploma Full-time
Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and assist with drop-off and pick-up of laundry orders.
- Process transactions, including payments, refunds, and loyalty rewards.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding services, pricing, and turnaround times.
- Track and update customer orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, such as data entry and inventory checks.
- Upsell additional services (e.g., dry cleaning, special care treatments) when appropriate.
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, email, etc.).
- Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
- English language proficiency; strong language skills for customer interactions.
- Team player; strong work ethic and people/interpersonal skills.
