Our Customer Care Representatives in Manila are responsible for delivering courteous and efficient customer service across multiple contact channels. You should be resilient, adaptable, and passionate about making customers happy. You will be supported by a team of dedicated Team Leaders and Trainers.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers.
- Provide support and build engaging relationships during interactions.
- Promote HelloFresh products and benefits proactively.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and feedback.
- Achieve team KPIs and targets set by management.
- Report and document issues to relevant departments.
- Suggest improvements to internal procedures and processes.
- Represent the HelloFresh brand positively.
- Become an expert in company policies, tools, and systems.
