Responsibilities
- Manages and coordinates activities related to recruitment, Employee relations, training and development and performance management.
- Assists in formulating and implementing human resouces policies and programs.
- Maintains accurate records of Employee information, including payroll, benefits and compensation.
- Works closely with Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders on performance issues and reviews.
- Ensures compliances on labor laws and regulations.
- Handles compensation and benefits, i.e. payroll, Gov't mandated, health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and other possible Employee benefits; ensuring competitive and fair compensation practices.
- Manages HR information system, that includes payroll system.
- Improves organizational effectiveness and efficiency, ensuring as well a safe and healthy environment.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology or Human Resources
- With at least 2 years experience as HR Team Leader or Supervisor
- With strong leadership, communication, organizational, decision making and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of HR laws and best practices
- Proficiency in HR software, problem solving and conflict resolution
