Responsibilities

  • Manages and coordinates activities related to recruitment, Employee relations, training and development and performance management.
  • Assists in formulating and implementing human resouces policies and programs.
  • Maintains accurate records of Employee information, including payroll, benefits and compensation.
  • Works closely with Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders on performance issues and reviews.
  • Ensures compliances on labor laws and regulations.
  • Handles compensation and benefits, i.e. payroll, Gov't mandated, health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and other possible Employee benefits; ensuring competitive and fair compensation practices.
  • Manages HR information system, that includes payroll system.
  • Improves organizational effectiveness and efficiency, ensuring as well a safe and healthy environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology or Human Resources
  • With at least 2 years experience as HR Team Leader or Supervisor
  • With strong leadership, communication, organizational, decision making and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of HR laws and best practices
  • Proficiency in HR software, problem solving and conflict resolution
