VIP Support Specialist for Awesome CX by Transcom

Overview VIP Support Specialist for Awesome CX by Transcom - Davao. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key employees among brand partners. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and create customized plans to address them, manage schedules and create itineraries for clients. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams, including CSDS, executives, and operations managers, to ensure that brand partners' needs are being met. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CSDs. Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparing correspondence, presentations, and data analysis. Assist in processing reimbursements and allowances via Zoho and other financial tools. Maintain and update trackers, documentation, and relevant files accurately. Support special projects, VOC initiatives, and event planning (meetings, luncheons, client dinners). Organize and oversee travel itineraries, including hosting support for visiting executives/clients. Support and oversee tasks of other Executive Assistants as needed. Perform ad hoc tasks for management and executives to ensure operational efficiency. Client Relations & Coordination Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts among brand partners. Create individualized plans and itineraries to meet client needs. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and escalations. Collaborate with internal teams (CSDS, executives, operations) to ensure client needs are promptly and effectively addressed. Contribute to maintaining a client-oriented approach, fostering long-term trust and mutually beneficial relationships. What We Are Looking For Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in tools including Zoho, QuickBooks, TravelPerk, Microsoft Excel, and automation software. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities confidently.
