Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales efforts. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, building relationships, and driving revenue growth.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach strategies to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers through research and networking.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with company goals.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Keep detailed records of interactions and progress using CRM tools.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Qualifications
  • Proven 5 to 7 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to generate leads and close deals.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Angeles City during night shift hours.
