Remote Outbound Sales Representative

Overview Remote Outbound Sales Representative (Business-to-Business) | On-site – MCI Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines. This is a full-time, on-site role with a seasonal account (up to 5 months, renewable) and a graveyard shift schedule. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls, emails, and outreach to potential B2B clients Research and qualify leads based on business needs, challenges, and goals Deliver persuasive sales presentations and articulate product value Nurture leads through the sales pipeline with consistent follow-up Provide post-sales support and maintain client satisfaction Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales activities and track progress Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts and priorities Generate reports on lead generation, CRM usage, and campaign outcomes Qualifications Minimum 6 months of B2B and outbound sales experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in CRM systems and business research tools (LinkedIn, Google, Salesforce, etc.) Skilled in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems Location & Schedule Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines. On-site. Schedule: graveyard shift. Employment type: Full-time. Note: On-site role in the Philippines with consideration of a seasonal arrangement.
