Overview

Contracts and Payments - Facility Compliance, SPX Express (Project-based) – Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor contracts under the Expansion department, including lease agreements, service contracts, repair and maintenance contracts, renovation agreements; ensure timely renewals, compliance with terms and conditions, and due diligence requirements.
  • Validate and monitor all billing and payments such as rentals, utility bills, security deposits, renovation expenses, agency service fees, incentives, reimbursements, and other payments to service providers.
  • Track payment status and schedule for all facilities, ensuring timely payment.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and efficiency.
  • Manage and improve databases and trackers for contracts, payments, and related processes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports related to contracts and payments, ensuring accuracy and data-driven insights to support decision-making.
  • Support the escalation and resolution of contract and payment-related disputes, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing business impact.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in contract management, business development, and payment processing/validation, or related roles.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and G Suite; experience in database management, payment monitoring and processing; knowledge of financial reporting tools, lease contracts, and payment tracking systems; proficiency in creating dashboards and reports.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, keen attention to detail; excellent communication and stakeholder coordination; ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Filipino.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required.
