Overview The role of Technical Consultant within the Test Management Solution and Life Sciences Team encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities across multiple facets of service delivery, including development, configuration, support, test execution, documentation, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The selected candidate will contribute to operational service delivery and play a pivotal role in fostering continuous service improvements, engaging with customers and maintaining open communication to address support needs and gather feedback for enhancements. Responsibilities Training Development and User Support : Create training materials and deliver training sessions for both in-house staff and customers. Provide third-level support to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Quality Assurance and Compliance : Engage in quality planning, validation planning, and GxP impact assessments, including the preparation of Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ) protocols and reports. Adherence to Standards : Ensure testing and documentation meet the requirements of GAMP5 and FDA compliance. Implement validation and quality control processes in accordance with the V-model framework, including comprehensive quality and validation planning. Computer System Validation Management : Oversee minor and major releases/changes related to Computer System Validation (CSV), ensuring changes are planned and executed effectively. Test Management : Manage the scope of tests, including creation of test plans, protocols, and comprehensive test reports. Track defects and deviations to ensure timely resolution and improved service quality. Technical and Functional Support : Provide third-level support for ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) Quality Center, addressing technical queries and functional challenges to ensure optimal platform performance. Customer Engagement and Audits : Participate in customer audits as the primary representative for ALM Quality Center validation and prepare/deliver presentations showcasing technical and functional demos of ALM Quality Center capabilities. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience with HP ALM or similar quality management tools, including configuration and optimization. Proficient in VBS/VBA scripting, especially for generating reports in Excel and Word. Basic proficiency in SQL scripting to support data management tasks. Minimum of three years of experience in quality assurance, validation, testing, or supporting software systems within a regulated environment. Strong understanding of GxP, GAMP5, FDA regulations, and CSV requirements. Expertise in test management processes including test design and execution. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills suitable for teamwork and collaboration. Strong problem-solving ability and capacity to quickly grasp new technologies and processes. Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written English communication for effective customer interaction. Attention to detail and sound documentation practices. Ability to provide guidance and recommend optimal solutions for customers. Proactive mindset focused on service improvement. Familiarity with ITIL practices to enhance service management.
