About the role As a Facilities Supervisor at Valor Global, Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our state-of-the-art facility in Binan City Laguna. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations. What you'll be doing Manage and ensure efficient and effective maintenance of the building, equipment, and infrastructure Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to proactively address potential issues and minimize downtime Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with relevant standards Oversee the procurement of necessary materials, equipment, and services to support maintenance and repair activities Collaborate with the operations team to identify and address facility-related issues that may impact productivity or the work environment Ensure the proper documentation and record-keeping of all maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance-related tasks Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements in facilities management What we're looking for Minimum of 2 years of experience in a facilities management or maintenance supervisory role, preferably in the engineering or BPO industry Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and maintenance manuals Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel Knowledge of relevant safety regulations, environmental compliance, and sustainability best practices Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other facilities management software Willing to work on-site #J-18808-Ljbffr
