As a key player in our technology and business teams, you’ll: Analyze and enhance business models, systems, and customer journeys to support strategic goals. Act as the vital link between business teams and technical implementation, ensuring smooth communication and execution. Identify, source, and implement new technologies aligned with business growth plans. Leverage data to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. Conduct UAT/Production testing, analyze outcomes, and contribute to informed business strategies. Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and quality standards to ensure successful execution. Continuously review and optimize business processes for efficiency and scalability. Collaborate closely with IT support and development teams to ensure clear understanding of business requirements. Deliver insightful reports and recommendations to senior leadership, backed by data-driven analysis. Conduct ad hoc analysis to solve operational challenges and identify improvement opportunities. What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. Minimum 1 year experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or related role. Experience in the Payments or FinTech industry is a strong advantage. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration frameworks. Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, Power BI, Data Analytics , and Project Management tools. Strong communication and documentation skills. Able to work independently and across multiple teams with a high level of initiative. ⏰ Work Schedule & Setup Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Work Setup : Full Onsite 29th floor of SM Megatower EDSA Corner, Julia Vargas Avenue, Ortigas Center, Wack-Wack Greenhills, Mandaluyong City.
