Marketing Analytics Manager

This role works closely with marketing & analytics teams to design, implement, measure, and iterate on strategies that drive our business metrics, building engaging customer lifecycle programs and improving key metrics through continuous experimentation. Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of business metrics, customer attributes, and data structures to identify segments, subcultures, and business drivers, providing actionable insights for segment plans and overall marketing decisions. Deliver analytics requirements including performance dashboards, ad hoc studies, post‑mortem analysis, cohort analysis, and drill‑downs from independent reports supporting the Marketing teams (Segment Squads, Subcultures, Content, ROMI). Serve as liaison between marketing teams and other analytics teams, acting as the single point of contact for all analytics requirements. Develop new metrics relevant to the delivery of the marketing team’s mandates. Collect and interpret data across platforms, generate reports, maintain and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for dashboards, and act as an analytical resource for performance improvement projects. Technical Requirements Microsoft Excel, SQL, MS Office / Google Apps Suite Google Analytics (plus) Mobile app performance attribution (plus) Python (plus) Hiring Requirements College graduate At least 5 years of work experience in financial management/quantitative/qualitative analytics, driving financial performance in a dynamic business environment. Knowledge of telco KPIs is an advantage. Business partnering ability and influence on strategic decisions with financial insights, especially with senior management. Managing a high degree of complexity, integrating financial, commercial, operational, and people considerations to secure best outcomes.
