Marketing Coordinator - Cloudstaff Work from Home – Morning Shift – Any CS Branch (Makati, Ortigas, Cebu, Mabalacat, Angeles, Davao). Role Highly organized and creative marketing professional to support our team in executing campaigns, managing projects, and driving brand awareness in the Australian market. Key Responsibilities Campaign Coordination – plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns tailored to Australian audiences. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Content Development – create and curate engaging content for social media, email marketing, and websites, ensuring alignment with Australian audience preferences. Proofread and edit marketing materials for accuracy and consistency. Digital Marketing – manage social media accounts, monitor engagement metrics, assist in SEO and Google Ads campaigns. Event Coordination – plan and coordinate marketing events, webinars, and trade shows; manage logistics, promotions, and post‑event follow‑ups. Market Research – conduct research on Australian market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences; analyze data to provide insights for marketing strategies. Reporting and Analytics – prepare regular reports on campaign performance, highlight key metrics and ROI, and use analytics tools to optimize efforts. Stakeholder Collaboration – work closely with Australian clients, partners, and internal teams; act as liaison between the marketing team and external stakeholders. Qualifications and Requirements (Non‑negotiable) 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role. Proven experience working with Australian companies or clients. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, SharePoint, MS Office, Confluence, Jira). Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce). Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Understanding of Australian market dynamics, cultural nuances, and consumer behavior. Preferred Qualifications Experience with B2B and B2C marketing strategies. Knowledge of Australian advertising regulations and compliance. Familiarity with Australian industry‑specific trends.
