Job Specifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related course. Experience: 1-2 years of proven engineering or utility experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG. Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer usage and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare planning reports and production forecasting documents. Good understanding of technical knowledge on utilities, equipment, and manufacturing operations. Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, strategic planning and organizational skills.
