Job Description:

· Participate in a comprehensive training program covering production, maintenance, quality assurance, and engineering functions within the plant.

· Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and product quality.

· Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for plant equipment and utilities.

· Work with cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and safety practices.

· Learn and apply food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and progress updates as part of training deliverables.

· Perform other engineering-related tasks and assignments as guided by mentors and supervisors.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or any related field .

· Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant internship or training experience is an advantage.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical aptitude.

· Willing to work in a food manufacturing environment with shifting schedules.

· Eager to learn, adaptable, and open to career development in plant operations and engineering.
