Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: At least 2 years of sales or administrative experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills; proficiency in CRM and MS Office.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Support the sales team, manage schedules, create reports, and provide customer service.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with standard work hours, occasional overtime may be required.
