Job DescriptionAssist the sales team with presentations, proposals, and quotations; respond to customer inquiries; manage sales orders and act as a liaison with other departments.
Order Management
Ensure accuracy of customer orders, coordinate with production and logistics for timely delivery, track order progress, and maintain sales reports.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain customer relationships, monitor feedback, and ensure clear, professional communication.
Prepare regular sales reports, maintain customer records, and analyze sales data for growth opportunities.
Coordinate sales operations, schedule meetings and follow-ups, and assist in organizing sales events.
Inventory and Stock Management
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure product availability.
Marketing & Promotion Assistance
Support marketing campaigns, maintain social media presence, and assist in creating promotional content.
Assist in onboarding new team members, stay updated on industry trends, and provide insights to the sales team.
Administrative Duties
Manage invoicing, billing, schedules, and file organization; assist in preparing contracts and sales-related documentation.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Engineering/Administration/Management, or equivalent
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Strong Communication Skills, Problem-Solving Skills, and Sales Knowledge
