Overview Loan Specialist Sales - Remote (Philippines). AUTOPAY Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines. The Savings Group is an innovative FinTech company powering finance in the age of mobility. We function as a virtual Finance & Insurance office, finding customers the perfect lender for their car loan or refinance, enabling auto loans prior to dealership visits and offering a marketplace of lenders to secure the lowest rate. Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored auto finance and refinance options. Deliver exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Loan Processing: Facilitate the loan application process from start to finish, ensure all required documentation is accurate and submitted, and collaborate with supporting departments. Daily activity: 60+ outbound calls per day with 3–5 hours of talk time, plus texting and emails. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of products to effectively offer and explain options to customers. Sales Skills: Develop and present benefits of loan options and sell additional products; manage expectations and overcome objections with a consultative approach. Compliance: Adhere to regulatory and company policies to ensure compliant loan processing. Document Signing and Funding: Guide customers through document signing, collect stipulations, and follow up until funding is complete. Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline and track loan statuses; ensure steps are followed and errors are fixed promptly. Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Other duties: Perform additional duties as required. Possible backgrounds include: Customer Service Excellence Automotive Industry Savvy Call Center Experience Sales Acumen What you need Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelor’s degree preferred. Language/Communication: Fluent English (verbal and written); ability to communicate across levels and coach others; strong presentation skills. Math Skills: Basic computation. Organization: Strong time, energy, and workspace management; ability to complete tasks by end of day. Analytical: Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and independent work ability. Reasoning: Ability to follow instructions and solve problems with concrete variables in standardized situations. Technical: Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams; intermediate Excel; ability to navigate multiple systems; CRM experience preferred.
