Job Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Non‑QM Underwriter to underwrite and lead a growing Underwriting pod. This is a great opportunity to join a company with over 25 years of lending experience, licensed in 35 states, and built on strong relationships, fast approvals, and personalized service. Responsibilities Lead a team of Non‑QM underwriters. Ensure loan files meet product and compliance guidelines. Collaborate with operations and sales for smooth pipeline flow. Provide guidance on complex scenarios and handle escalations. Qualifications At least 4 years of Non‑QM underwriting experience. At least 2 years of experience with Encompass. Experience Encompass: 2 years (Required) Non‑QM underwriting: 4 years (Required) Work Location Home‑based. Strong internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps). Own laptop/PC (minimum i5 8GB RAM).
