We’re looking for a TikTok Ads Specialist who understands how to leverage data to scale E-Commerce campaigns profitably. You’ll own the full campaign lifecycle, from creative testing and audience segmentation to budget allocation and performance optimization for maximum ROI. Your goal: Increase revenue, reduce CAC, and consistently improve ROI through data-driven decision making. What You’ll Do Plan, execute, and manage TikTok ad campaigns with a focus on ecommerce performance (sales, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR). Conduct structured creative and audience testing to identify top-performing variables and optimize campaigns based on data insights. Manage tracking, pixel setup, and attribution accuracy across TikTok and ecommerce platforms. Develop reporting dashboards and deliver weekly performance updates with actionable insights. Collaborate with creative and product teams to align ad strategy with funnel data and customer behavior. Monitor ad spend efficiency and maintain performance targets across multiple campaigns. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads for ecommerce or DTC brands. Proven track record of improving ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably. Strong understanding of TikTok Ads Manager, tracking pixels, and event optimization. Highly proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta, etc.). Comfortable working with KPIs and attribution data to inform strategy and creative decisions. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
