Staff4Me is looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for digital products. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that the interface and user experience meet the needs and requirements of our clients.


Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements and goals.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Design and implement user interfaces that are intuitive and visually appealing.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make necessary design improvements.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure the implementation of designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.
  • 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and effectively present design concepts.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
